Default Need some advice

Alright I need some help and advice.

Im looking for a way to increase my muscle size and the my strength, but I am mostly concerned about size. And this is why.....

About 3 years ago I was extremely obese, I was 14 and now I have some left over loose skin I would like to fill up with muscle, because without a shirt I'm still not very appetizing. I was 255 lbs at 5'10, and now I am 170 lbs at 6'0 so that tells you how much skin is left over.

I am willing to take any kind of supplement or vitamin out there... So I just turned 18 today (wooo happy birthday) and want to be able to look half way decent on a beach (for senior trip in June WOOOOOOOO!)

Thanks peeps

nhuff90...You should really post some pics of how much your skin has streched. Filling it up with muscle is not something that will happen in a matter of weeks. Im also assuming that if you weighed 255 pounds your going to need ALOT of muscle to fill your body out to how you want it. Your going to have to eat a solid clean diet that gives you the right amount of nutrients and protein to build muscle considering your susceptible to gaining weight.

I was also just wondering can't you have surgery to remove excess skin?

simple question, simple answer

EAT LIFT EAT SLEEP

and repeat over and over and over again is the only way to get er' done there is no miracle supplement that will do it for you

bust your ass in the gym for at least 2 months then look into supplements

Congratulations on the fat loss! I'm assuming a lot of your excess skin is around your waist line? If so, i'm sorry mate but you won't "fill it up with muscle". Not unless you're planning on having the biggest abdominal muscles in the world!

I know people that have succeeded in losing a lot of bodyfat and have totally transformed themselves but they've still got loose skin around their waists. It depresses them to know that they can't tone it up and that surgery is pretty much the only way to get rid of it, but unfortunately it's a fact. It's a bit like stretch marks, prevention is better than cure i'm afraid. Sorry to be negative, i'm just being truthful and i wouldn't want to give you false hope.

Good luck with the mass building, there are plenty of great tips on this forum to help you on your way. If you approach it the same way you did with your fat loss i'm sure you'll succeed!

how fast did you lose the weight? that could have been part of the problem....at your age your skin should have had pretty good resiliency....

So I really don't want like toned, 6 pack abs, I just want my stomach and man tits to look a lil more acceptable.... You think this is achievable in 3-4 months?

Thanks guys

post some pics, its going to take a while if you want to "fill up the skin" with muscle depending on how much extra baggage there is
