hi
my routine looks like this: day1 biceps back day2 chest triceps day3 shoulders legs abbes now i only switched to this rouinte about a mounth ago , before i used to do tricpes and biceps on the same day but from posting in the forums i was suggested to switch it up, but the thing is when i start in day 2 i usualy start with chest i do bench press and incline dumbelss, and the bench draines all my energy so when i go do triceps i am already pretty tired but i think that if i start doing triceps first i would be really tired for bech pres and woudnt be able to bench as much what should i do? thanks |

He has them on day 3...
yes, what does your split look like ? How many days a week are you training ? And keep your big muscle groups first along with the compound exercises first, then work your smaller muscle groups with the isolation exercises.

your routine is verry close to mine. the only thing i do differently is shoulders on bench/tris day. a good tricep excersise for me after bench is skull crushers. if i dont fully extend my arms to the top, it gives me a realy good workout. |

Just do a normal rep - it isn't that complex. Up, down, up, down. Got it DanielSon?

IF the most important part of the rep is the point were you feel muscle working... (burn)... why is it then necessary to complete it?
E.g I feel my bicep working about 60 degrees into the hammer curl at which i hold the position… Do I need to come back up to the 90 degrees… Is it physiologically or physically productive to complete a full rep?... sorry if im sounding like a dikc
