Your triceps dont reach full contraction until your arms are straight. Just wanted to point that out.

true. im not arguing with u or anything, because ur probably way bigger than me, but when i do skull crushers and fully extend, im not working to get it to the straight up position. it kinda just seems like a waste.

well, not really a waste, but im not trying any to move it that extra inch to get my arms straight. now dont get me wrong, on tricep pushdowns, with the rope, i extend all the way and even get a cramp in my tris on the last few reps. so im just saying with skull crushers, well... nevermind, do tri pushdowns.
