Traps usually get worked with back exercises so I would throw them in with back.
Not sure you are gonna wanna do back one day then leg the next. Chesta and shoulders are sympathetic so I would do them both the same day. Arms on their own day is waht I usually do. Suggestion: Alternate between bi and tri excercises..worked well for me and quite a few others I know at the gym. |
