hemiman is just really nice
Default new workout... seem ok?..any suggestions?

ok... so i never have really stuck to a strict work out schedule... but now i think it plays an important role to lifting...

so heres my workout... i would like any suggestions if somthing is not right or if i should re-arrange anything...

Mon- Chest/Traps

Tue-Back

Wed-Legs

Thur-Shoulders/Traps

Fri-Arms

Sat/Sun-OFF

ide appreciate any suggestions

Traps usually get worked with back exercises so I would throw them in with back.
Not sure you are gonna wanna do back one day then leg the next.
Chesta and shoulders are sympathetic so I would do them both the same day.
Arms on their own day is waht I usually do. Suggestion: Alternate between bi and tri excercises..worked well for me and quite a few others I know at the gym.

Looks like something out of Muscle and Fiitness so it looks bad.

#1 drop the arm day, and why traps 2x a week and everything 1x a week


Stick with::

Push/legs/pull
or
upper/lower split 2x a week

yep, PB's got it. traps r apart of ur back damn it! so y 2x's a week and everything else 1x's a week?!

ya know i cant really answer why i have them in for two times a week..

and why is it bad if its out of muscle and fitness? but no its not...

and this whole push/pull thing... i kinda get it.. .but could you explain it a little more
