Ok so here is the deal..I'm a junior in high school. I play baseball. I am 6 feet tall about 330lbs. I am looking to shed some lbs...quick! I don't really work out but I want to change that! I'm thinking of buying a bowflex. Now I have created a diet. It's a 1500 or under a day caloric intake diet. I have purchased a bottle of Hoodia, it cuts my appetite. I must admit it's working quite well. But I want more! It's 1/18 and i wanna be under 290 by summer! So I am going to start working out. I am thinking about taking NO explode. Is this ok for someone my weight? Also what about Hydroxycut Hardcore...or regular Hydroxycut? I am not going to be working out often right now until I get something to use. (I can't use school). Another question I have is can I take hoodia with no explode or HH? Please let me know and reccomend what I should do. I am basically eating the same thing everyday.... Breakfest I have a bowl of Special K w/ 1% milk for lunch a turkey sandwich on wheat w/ a V8 Splash and a small dinner! I just wanna lose weight and maybe get some muscle! I am 330 lbs and I can only put up about 160 on a bench! Its a joke, I'm strong just I can't bench! I also am getting strech marks on my stomach and around my chest..any suggestions to fixing that! I'm open to anything I just need to shed as many lbs as I can fast!

ok so here we go
1st- some eggs or cereal b4 school 2nd - granola bar (maybe 2) during school 3rd turkey sandwich on wheat bagel and a v8 splash during lunch 4th- average dinner (healthy choice) when I get home 5th-again a heathly choice or small portions of chicken or pasta dinner time is this good? I can follow this every day pretty much weekends a little harder cuz i cant get the sandwich v8 and bagel form school but yeah also why doesn't 1500 calories work? |
