thanks guys, in the last 4 months ive really done alot of reading and stuff on how to get the most out of my body, and ive put on 20 pounds of muscle and all my lifts are going up..for about 3 months i was stuck at 175 for reps on bench, im up to 195 now in only about 6 weeks...all my lifts are going that way...more protein, more compounds (like most 16 year olds all i did was bench tris and bis as the majority of my workouts lol)...a little bit wiser and alot smarter i use all 3 compounds and my workouks revolve around those
im 180 lbs now....wanna get up to 210
