Click here to learn about Creatine. There's no "magic supplement" that makes you bigger. They are just there to help. I'd strongly suggest Whey Protein first, if you aren't using it (although you don't "need" either). The key to success seems to be effort, commitment and using your head. Get your diet right first (right amounts of protein, carbs, vitamins, and fats [you heard right]), get a routine your happy with, then you can start thinking about supplement choices further down the road. I recommend you research Nutrition and Routines first. Supplements are not an easy way out, and you'd be wasting your time and money if you think so.
