wat do u guys think about San V12 Turbo
it says its a tri creatine supplement but wat does that mean wat kind of creatine ?

There's no "magic supplement" that makes you bigger. They are just there to help. I'd strongly suggest Whey Protein first, if you aren't using it (although you don't "need" either). The key to success seems to be effort, commitment and using your head. Get your diet right first (right amounts of protein, carbs, vitamins, and fats [you heard right]), get a routine your happy with, then you can start thinking about supplement choices further down the road.

I recommend you research Nutrition and Routines first. Supplements are not an easy way out, and you'd be wasting your time and money if you think so.

i was just wondering if anyone has used it and if it works well for them and i was wwondering how they used it like do u need a loading phase if so how much would i take and such
and is this a CEE or plain mono

tri creatine means three different types of creatine in the mix. usually the three are creatine mono, malate and ethyl ester
