what i mean to say is that yes i did get strength from m1t, but i lost it all because i was stupid and at the time it was considered a ph and i was able to buy it at a local store and didnt know what i was getting myself into...
i benched 370 when i had just turned 17 and my bench went down to about 305...then i got off m1t and my bench went back up to about 330...and i was stuck there for awhile...then basically a year later i had gotten myself back up to 370 probably from muscle memory...BUT muscle memory wouldnt have been able to help me get to 420... and the size that i am now

You did multiple cycle of M1T at 16 y/o and that didn't help to bring you to where you are today... OKAY!?
Yes it did, and it prolly did most of the job, not to say you don't deserve it but to say you are 100% natural is simply false.... Just like me saying I'm 100% natural is false, I did 1 SD cycle in my life, I lost the natural status for now on... |

I dont think its fair to completely diss the numbers because he did m1t 3 years ago. Im not sayin anyone did, but i agree with nate- its pretty obvious this has been the result of hard work and dedication- and lots of tyson chicken
