Hi im brandon new to the forums..
I just had a quick question, my left arm is visually bigger than my right and i can tell the difference in that i can lift more with my right..so what should i do? Just more reps with the left? |

Start doing DB work if you arnt already. A slight difference is perfectly normal. I have the same problem where my left is larger but my right is stronger. Chose weights that your weaker arm can handle so that 1 arm is not taking over on exercises.

i usually do a extra set for my left at the end of an arm training day, so if i am training fore arms, biceps or triceps, then i will just do one extra set for that side, using a bumbell.
