fcuk the isolation very little is needed instead work on movements not bodyparts! i learnt this the hard way

From JR High Football and on they had us Bench, squat, dead lift and military press...so we were lucky . Still I think some isolation work is good.

I think it's good to isolate body parts across a week to avoid overtraining but you still need the compound moves - you need to get more of your body working...

or whatever Patrick said, I haven't read it yet but it's bound to be right lol

edit: I've read it and I still agree lol, stop killing the hookers though
