Default Number of excersises

hey guys.

i was just looking at some excersise routines, on a earlier thread, and i saw some had like two excersises per muscle. this was for chest, bench press and incline press.

in my routine for shoulders (which are lagging) i am doing like
5 excersises, super setting on four of those pairs, and doing descending for one
- military press super set with upright row
- then arnold press which i do one set then use lower weight straight after, descending
-then front raises with rear delt raise super set

this is the most number of excersises i do for one muscle group, but is this too much? i do each group once a week, so thats why i have alot of excersises to keep it real intense. i do bout 5 sets and workouts will take me just over an hour 1hr 15 , something like that. the way i am doing it now feels good but is this overtraining?

I don't get it... you only do 5 sets? So for each excercise there you would only do a set of it once :|, and 5 sets doesn't ever come close to taking 1hr and 15 mins to do.

yer i do 5 sets for each excersise.

supersetting. yer pretty much for the shoulders, but not for everysingle excersise in my routine, i try and superset for each muscle once.

all i am wondering guys is that can you overtrain your muscles, during that one workout per week?
