Default Hi, Diet help?

Ok so I have been stuck at about 130-135 lbs for over 5 months of continuous weight lifting and protein drinking. Here is my current day to day average diet as of now

morning(before gym): bowl of oatmeal with glass of milk and orange juice
morning(after gym):Muscle Milk protein shake

Afternoon: I eat the school lunch for lunch.

Afterschool: I come home from soccer and usually have two cheeseburgers with milk. Usually some peanuts and some orange juice later as a snack...

Before bed: Another Muscle Milk

and I repeat this process.

Im just looking for more things to eat to help me put on some weight...any suggestions would help thanks.

looks like a lot but it's really not - get some rice in there with your cheeseburgers and get another meal between then and your muscle milk before bed
how about 2 school lunches?

seriously you sound like a typical hardgainer and you should eat ANYTHING and EVERYTHING!

Not a good diet but your a kid and can get away with eating crap. Best thing is eat more and eat more often.....don't depend on drinks to get big, depend on food.

sounds good to me, make sure to use wholemeal bread!

the thing you have to understand is that to grow, you don't just need protein, you need carbs too but not crappy sugars, they do fvck all for you - complex carbs (eg. rice, oatmeal)

if you're a hard gainer like everything seems to suggest, no need to worry too much about fat, just eat more and overcome that metabolism

Okay this is my routine, maybe you can learn a bit from it - if I were you I'd get rid of the BCAAs and running though, as a hard gainer you probs don't need the cardio while bulking...

Wake up, take some BCAAs

Run for 30 mins

Breakfast - 300ml skimmed milk, 2 yoghurts, 2 pieces wholemeal bread, multi vit
Meal 2 - Sandwiches - wholemeal bread with ham and a piece of fruit, water
Meal 3 - Whatever I can find, probs a pizza or something
Meal 4 - Whey Protein
Meal 5 - Chicken, brown rice, 300ml skimmed milk

Workout

Meal 6 - Whey protein, lucozade (gatorade equivalent)

A gallon of water a day too

there's also a list of foods to eat for carbs and protein - you need both

you need to eat more, i know this may sound hard but your stomach just expands in a way. keep upping your food intake everyday.

the sort of things i eat are

soup, sandwhiches, chiken , beans, scrammbled eggs, lots of cereal, left overs from family meal. i also have my protein shakes blended with a banna and like an egg, stuff like that helps add cals.

i wouldnt bother with the cheeseburgers every night, i know they are calories and stff but if they are processed they are worthless calories.

just be persistant, you may be making gains but you just cant see them, i never realised until i look back and am like wow, nice

your workout may need a check aswell, if your overtraining
