2 days ago i worked out my arms (bicep,tricep and forearms) the next day i had some rest but my triceps and biceps were sore and than the next day which is today my arms are still just a little bit sore and today is my chest day so should i go do chest even do my arms are still little sore or skip today and go tommorow to give my arms more recovery time?

The point is you are telling him to work out the same muscle after it is not fully recovered - the tris (even though they only get hit indirectly w/ chest, they still get hit). That is just plain bad advice. |
