preparation
So how do you guys prepare yourself before a workout, personally if i am on my own training i cant just walk into a room and workout very well, i like t get freshened up and feeling awake, plus i have to mentally prepare myself for whats ahead, trying to get focused and thinking about my aims. My warmup alsohelps me get into the mood of lifting.
How do you guys prepare yourself then??? mentally and physically.
