Bro - you are 14 man.........all you need is a multivitamin. Just eat your ass off and you will gain weight. Don't worry about getting fat as long as you keep active at your age, the sh1t just falls off.

Eat all the time, workout consistently, and enjoy the gains at your age!

get a regular old multivitamin and get some regular old whey protein...thats all you need, especially at only 14 yrs. old.

If you really want to gain weight, get serious about the whole thing. Get on a regular lifting schedule, CLEAN UP YOUR DIET, make sure you are getting enough protein and enough calories, thats all you need to do.

At 19, I still don't bother with creatine/no-xplode/anything else. I take protein shakes after my lifts and stay on a fairly strict diet. I have contemplated starting on creatine, but at the moment I don't need it and with my current workouts wouldn't receive much, if any, benefits from taking it.

the only supplement you need is a slap on the head.

you're very young you will grow like crazy if you just eat alot of meat and lift alot of weights.

BUMP. at your age you shouldn't have to use sups at all. just have a good diet and eat a lot. eat a lot of good foods and not junk though.

Good luck

Take a reality check or dont bother lifting, supplements aren't the magic pill

you have SO MUCH growing to do its not even funny. you're 14 years old, go diet and workout hard. there is no reason why anyone under 17 should even think about taking no xplode or any other supplement aside from a protein shake and a good multivitamin. go hit the gym hard, you'll notice results within a week. your muscles will grow faster.
