You wont get bigger by simply taking creatine and protein, much more complicated than that
To get bigger you must create a caloric surplus. Meaning you must have a sufficient amount calories over the norm. It's this abundance that will be used to feed, fuel and build the new muscle. You obviously have to lift hard and heavy too in order to get bigger. If you are after getting leaned and defined up, then just lift moderate weight, but with high intensity and keep your calories at balanced rate or slightly below average and also make sure to throw in some cardio in the mix...You can get lean and mean this way, if thats' what you are looking for? * should I be taking multivitamins Everyone should take Multivitamins, lifting or not, especially lifters. * which should I take (100% Whey and Ce2), when should I take it, How much should I take Take the whey post workout. I am not sure what Ce2 is, but sounds like some sort of Creatine esther ethyl. I have only used monohydrate and I take it before and after my workouts (5 grams ea) and once on my off days. The most important is post workout and I mix it in with about 30-48 grams of protein. Last edited by BiggerGuns=LongerDrives; 08-28-2006 at 05:04 PM. |
