Coulda been a little nicer. He obviously wants to know how he can lose weight and still lift. Read it dont just jump and post.
Well its hard to gain muscle and lose weight. Do HIIT in the morning first thing on am empty stomach. But make sure you get about 5-10g of L-Glutamine in you so you keep ur muscle. Eat .5-.75g of complex carbs per pound and .75-1g of protein per pound. Keep the calories low and before you go to sleep take another 5-10g of L-Glutamine(make sure for the day youve only used 10-15g). Thats a basic explanation, I gotta run and go do some work. Goodluck
