Default no xplode and hockey

hey i'm 17 turning 18 and i weigh 190 and i'm 6'3". i'm about to take no xplode but my question is, since it's awful for the heart and all, can i still play hockey while taking this supplement because there is no way where i'm going to take no xplode and play hockey at the same time because i know of kids who have almost died to heart failure just by taking 3 redbulls before a game or taking other supplements before hockey. can i also drink any alcoholic beverages at night if i work out in the morning while taking no xplode, like has anyone ever experienced any side effects or ahces/pains? thank you.

first off, this is the most idiotic post ive ever heard in my life. everyone on the forum is now stupider for having read it. i award you zero reps and may god have mercy on your soul.

secondly, i am a competeitive hockey player, having played aaa level for over 12 years. no explode isnt bad for your heart and it wont kill you. if i was you i would focus on being a good hockey player.. not worrying about supplements.

and lastly, i no when hockey season has begun youll be drinking alot more with your team mates on the weekends.. cut back on it as much as you can, maybe get drunk once a month after a big game.. but really pay attention to your training, diet and sleep and you should be fine.

and a couple questions, why the **** would you take no explode or red bull before a hockey game anyways? sorry but a muscle pump wont do **** all for you in a game. and why the **** would he drink 3 red bulls...? sorry your not going to be a better hockey player by drinking a carbonated beverage im sorry. lol where do you play bro?

lol you need to simmer down bro, i live in new york. let me add i've played triple aaa my whole life, platinum divisions and i've been to 14 nationals, 14. i've played travel ever since i was 5. i don't know many players that have done the same as me, winning regional qualifiers, junior olympics, and national championships. secondly hockey is more focused on endurance more than ANYTHING, endurance next to your leg muscles. please don't try to act like a stud on these forums i'm only asking a simple question for the fact that when i worked out during hockey season i took no supplements and i use to just run and do very little training on my upper body. so my best suggestion for you sir is to get a nice glass of cold milk, and go read a book or something. there's no reason to attack me verbally on these forums, but at least i got a good laugh

so gomes your 17.. and youve been to 14 nationals but you started hockey at age 5? doesnt add up. if you were decent you wouldnt be worry about supplements to "make you a better hockey player".

im canadian and this year in our internation tourny we tuned greenbay, colorado, la selects etc... and we're an average aaa team in alberta and those were sposed to be north west US best teams...

but enough of that.. do some weight training and plyrometrics.. other than that its all how you develop on the ice. good luck.. i hope no more of your buddies die because of red bull and no2

If you are that good why are you not playing on any us junior teams? Who do you play for? also kovalay, redbulls will not give you a muscle pump. And gomes stop double posting.

i play more inline than i do ice, i've made the new york state allstar team for the highschool 3 out of the 4 times, and i've only played ice hockey for 4 years. i know american hockey cannot compete with canadian ice hockey. but american inline hockey is better than canadian inline hockey. i do play for a juniors team, my team was sponsored by the best inline brand called "tour." i just like inline better because of the gamplay, 4v4 no offsides so that means there's more finess involved and more teamwork imo. don't get me wrong ice hockey is very fast but i just don't like how i'm bunched in a zone with my other teammates, i like to control the puck as much as possible

theres no contact in inline... its not as popular. but ya man good for you... hockeys hockey i guess. i played inline for a year i didnt much like it.. cant go near as fast or stop and start or turn very sharp its annoying. those inline pucks rocket tho its sweet.

lol yeah well there's no contact in inline because you probably played in a rec leagur or whatever, when you play in tournaments for like narch or torhs and other major events there's a lot of contact, almost as bad as ice hockey but you fully can't extend your arms in the middle of the rink. roller's edges are much different than ice's edges, even skating too; back and forth and side to side is a big difference

Oi, do some research.

Caffeine is bad for the heart in high doses, like your little numb nuts friend did. 3 red bulls is 240mg of caffeine. 2 scoops of NO explode is not, I think it's around 60mg. Caffeine dehydrates you as well, and I can't imagine wearing all the pads you have to, you are always well hydrated in the game. So your friend is just a numb nut, it has nothing to do with caffeine putting holes in your heart or killing you.

Xplode just has some stimulants similar to coffee or another energy drink. Caffeine, vitamins, some other BS, and voila, there you have it, plus some creatine.

If you are drinking alcohol you really shouldn't be taking supplements. Supplements to make up for damage from drinking is just a band aid, and cutting back on drinking is the better route (Went through my freshman year of college drinking ****loads, trust me on this).

So to answer you real question, yes, you can take it during hockey. Yes, you can use it if you drink alcohol.
