Eat more .
If you have one of these rare metabolism, eat as you want to, go for weight gainer and take it often, don't be afraid of eating carbs like a pig and go thru the sky with your protein intake

In fact eat more until you grow, if you still don't then there's maybe a problem but seriously I'm pretty sure you still don't eat enough or often enough.

thats what i say, but they can get expensive fast. i would mix a mass gainer into your diet, if you dont mind spending the $. im taking this http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp...entPage=family
and its great tasting, and very well balanced nutritionally. also it doesnt seem to fill me up at all, so i can continue to eat. but its 35 bucks and last for like 2 weeks, but im sure you'll gain adding that

Fattening yes... but there was nothing esle

You obviously have a fast metabolism. Youll never gain weight eating what youre eating unless you eat till youre so full you wanna puke. That or you can just eat cheeseburgers and pizza like i said before. I know what id rather do.

NO you dont have to eat fast food to gain weight.

Post your diet and we will see what you eat. Be honest with yourself.

sumo wrestlers eat 2 large meals a day. This puts the body in starvation mode between meals and the overeating causes fat storage.

As i was writing my diet down, i got done and looked and i only eat about 2 full meals a day. Im going to have to try and have more meals a day i guess. Its so hard because i work all day too so thats part of the reason there.

Any suggestions on wieght gainers? Ive never actually researched any of this. Is it like a meal replacement shake? Or do i take it with a meal. All i know is that i need to gain some wieght. Any input would be great. Thanks

In the case you have a very fast metabolism, don't be shy of fat but don't go into the bad kind too much...

lean beef --> HUGE portion of ground beef

Weight gainer --> No problem bring it on

Carbs & simple sugar --> Why not!!!

Make sure your post workout shake and meal are full of carbs easy & complex carbs...

Up your portions size until you hit your spot...

Dude, screw eating healthy, just friggen eat. Eat whatever you want....Stay away cookies and cakes, I'm talking about pizza, cheese burgers, whatever you want, just none of the candy. Keep your insulin levels in some kind of check.

Edit to add: with all that, try to drink a gallon of whole milk each day.

Bump on that!
I'd be chuffed if I could afford to eat like that & not suffer the consequences - make the most of it while you can.
