They do teach spelling / grammer in schools these days, right? Nevermind, off topic......

Post some better detail about your diet and someone can help you. You are most certainly not eating enough, but we can't tell you when and what else to eat if we don't know exactly what are doing now........

Or you could just eat like a friggin' hog all day long - sure you will gain a little fat along the way, but that can be easily burned off, especially at your age....

Lightbulb Do you train

Do you even train because that would cause so serious growth and take a protein shake before and after you train.

By the way as a Freshman I weighed 125 at 5'8 the first month I to protein shekes before school every day I gained 20Lbs ya in one month.

If your not training that is def the first step to growing. I was small when i was doing nothing, but as soon as i started training and upping my protein i started to grow. Its great when you first start out because you can put 20-30lbs on in a year as newbie gains. But once you hit a point, you really have to work hard for very little gains. Step one, get into a gym. Step two, start eating more food. I'd also get a protein as well for after workout.

well if you saw 'something about mary' you would know that 6 second abs dont work....u need at least 7 seconds to get in a good ab workout

but all kidding aside, those machines will work your abs but not in any way that is more significant that weighted sit-ups or any free ab exercise...stick with free weights nothing you see advertised on tv will be worth it, even if chuck norris tells you it will

I hate to break the bad news but when you grow it is so hard to gain weight its almost impossible. Just keep eating and try to drink milk, eat figs, etc stuff high in calories. The only other think I would recomend is to drink some kind protein shake mixed with milk.

Wait, why are you asking about how to put on weight and then later talking about abs in the same paragraph????

Fvck the abs. You want abs, then stay at 125 lbs and you got em. The problem is that's probably all you have. So forget about the abs and start concentrating on what it takes to get big.
6 second abs wont help you in that department

So you want to put on some big time weight, you want to be big?
If you want to be big, then you got to start eating and training big.

I cannot believe we are the same height and I outweigh you by 100+ lbs???
But you are young and in the prime of your raging testosterone stages so all is not lost kid.

Just start eating big, eat more protein, less junk food, drink a gallon of water a day and start lifing hard, but make sure to get adequate rest too. Do this and at your age you should start packing on the size in a matter of weeks/months

Im going with the consensus here....eat as much as you can...drink a lot of water and milk as well.

And remember, you are not even quite 15 yet...You are still growing. Your body will fill out more when you are done growing. A lot of kids at your age are tall and lanky. Dont sweat it, you are so young.

What worked for me was HARD workout (must do legs hard).

Eat until it starts to come back up (this is hard to do), do this 5-6 times a day and get some N-Large if you have the coin.

I put on 18lbs in 2 months.

If you can't stay consistant don't waste your time.

I hear raw milk is even better for you.

no dont ever eat mcdonalds unless you wanna be fat and stupid and spend mroe time sitting on the toilet than training or eating right (does the body grow in bathroom?)

carbs are really what u wanna look for...the biggest difference between a cutting diet and a bulking diet is the carbs (and the calories that go along with them)

eat tons of oatmeal, wheat bread and PB or nuts for good fat and lots of calories that come with them

ooh yea, one more piece of advice SQUAT!!!! and do other leg exercises (SLDL, lunges), your whole body will grow....plus if if are 125 at 6feet, i'm sure u have skinny legs like i used to have...if i started doing legs at the same time i dicked around doing nothign but bench and curls, i'd be a lot bigger now...if you eat right and train hard, you can be 200lbs by graduation

this is just my opinion tho, some people say to eat at BK or McDiarrhea's to gain weight, which you will, but it will all be subcutaneous fat over your stomach
