At 16, you should only be worried about taking a multivitamin, EFAs and whey protein. I consider these basics in my book but just to answer your question.

Just focus on eating and expanding and improving your diet. Have plenty of shakes throughout the day if you like to boost your calorie intake. A simple shake made up of milk with a banana, wheat germ, blueberries and some whey can help out in many ways.

Make sure you eat lots of veggies and keep the protein intake high. Stick to complex/ high GI carbs and stay away from junk food. If you'd like you can cheat on the weekends but don't stray too far from the original plan.

What is it that you're already taking like Cam mentioned?

That's some nasty bulking powder you're taking there - 57.3g per hundred of sugar
- I hope you haven't got a close relationship with your teeth.

You really shouldn't be taking any supp if you don't know what it is or what it does!

Yep! Whey, a good multivitamin, and food. The building blocks of any beginner's dietary supplements. Read up on sport supplements to find out what has withstood the test of time. Don't fill your house with supplements as most of them are of limited use. Notice that the word is SUPPLEMENT. Which means "in addition to". Try to get most of your nutrients through food. Good, clean, High Protein, High Complex Carbohydrate, low fat and sugar, food!

a good multi-vitamin- MUST have
whey protein- Definitely, very useful.
casein protein- You can get plenty of that from food.
BCAA's - If you're fairly new, wouldn't bother with it
fish/flax oil- You can get some EFAs in place of this
and maybe some creatine- Maybe after 4-6 months of hard training
My thoughts in bold. Supplements should be taken as experience is gained, not age..

Get some normal protein powder & do a half/half mix with the stuff you've got - I'd hate you to waste what you've got.

If it's unopened, just sell it on-line.

The first one is soy protein - try & get whey protein.
The second is only a 375g pack - a very expensive way to buy your protein.

Why not ask your parents if you can buy some online with their credit card (early birthday present or something).

You will get much better quality & much more for your (or your parents) money.
