I always feel sore after a good workout but after you've been training a while it doesn't happen as much - not sure if it should be after 3 weeks though...
perhaps you should lift more weight or do more reps edit: what narcsarge said's gonna be right lol

Try a good burn out at the end of the workout. That will make you sore the next day.
It use to be that I would lift then go play hockey and I would have no problems becuz I wouldnt get sore. But trust me add a burnout or 2 at the end and ull feel it

Don't waste your time on burnouts or anything like that.....all that does is increase your recovery time.
If you are improving every week (i.e. increasing weight/reps) than you are getting stronger. Honestly, I would rather NOT be sore. |

Im always sore after my workouts. Though i find it much harder to get sore in biceps and shoulders then any other muscle.
However a lot of people deny that the soreness is actually from micro tears in the muscle and just lactic acid. Which is not entirely true. As i could feel sore with short heavy sets that would not produce lactic acid. |
