Default Abs

I've been doing abs everyday, Is that bad. And if it is when should i do the like on what day, Back, ect. I will be posting my sechdual later to see if you guys can help me with it.

Abs are like every other muscle that you work out and should be trained the same way you train other muscles. That being said, I hit my abs once a week in the gym. 4 sets of 25 reps weighted decline sit ups, or cable crunches, or the "ab machine", and add in the same amount of sets/reps of leg lifts. I train in Taekwondo too so I get my ab work there as well. You have to allow your muscles to rest in order for them to grow. Abs and calves are no different.

hmmmm.... narcsarge is right. Treat your abbs like every other muscle and yes i know it is anoyin to sit and wait a few days but thats how there gona grow. When u work out urs abbs you should hit them hard and progressively overload. 20 situps every two days aint gona work, unless thats ur max :P
