Most scientists say that men stop growing around 21 years old and women stop right around 18 years old. But then again, my neighbor was 6'3" in college. Now he's 6'7".

i was 5'4" and 120lbs at 16, skinny and could eat anything without gaining weight.
i'm now/still 5'4" and 165lbs at 24, more muscular but also more fatty...and i no longer can eat anything without it showing somewhere. |

yeah i'm 16 5'11" and 250lb, yeah i'm fat, tell your friend to chill at 5'7" he has a decent height to work with, plus i'm guessing that at 123 he's pretty lanky (guessing) with MD (muscle development) he'll be able to hit 145ish with a decent physique, but if he plans to build, his next growth spurt has to be pretty substantial 3 1/2-4 at the least
