Need some pointers!
Hey there guys; I'd like to benefit from some of your knowledge here... I've been working out for a few months now, and i'm wondering what combination of exercises I should do together. As of late I've been working every muscle out every 48 hours, and then running 3 miles. Is this a good way to get started, or am I causing myself some unnecessary trouble? Also, if anyone has some suggestions on some good abdominal workouts i'd like to hear em... what exercise, how often, how many times... etc., thanks!
