Exclamation Can some one give me advice

In in powerlifting i had an ok seson i was really close to makeing district but i did not i need my maxs to go up and i need help looking bigger too im 15 years old and 130 but i drop to 123 for powerlifting so are there i can take to get stronger and still stay the same weight
because some ppl in texas powerlifting at 123 are totaling at like 1100 and do you know how thay get so strong and still in the 123 weight class
any thing will help thanks

im maxing

bench 195
squat 325
deadlift 300

Ok from what I read it kind of sounds like your wanting something that will give you an "edge" in making gains without putting on weight, and normally people who want to do more than they can, turn to supplements or possibility steriods to try boost their gains further, but they are designed for people 18 and up...and even then 18-20 year olds should'nt really need a supplement because their body is still growing unless perhaps they have extreme early maturity which would not happen for a 15 year old.

I can only say that those guys in texas are either on steriods or they are eating a perfect clean diet, drinking tons of water, doing a very well oiled routine, and devoting alot of time to making sure they are in perfect shape for competition.

dang 123 lb-ers lifting 1100 .. holy crap.. im 170 n i'm at 650!!!! LOL

hey well thanks V8 and no im prob never going to try steriods but yea thanks by the way thats its looking right now im powerlifting im prob going to go up to 10th in district and that qualifys me to be in the state meet and ill be happy if i get there, but does any one know any work outs that help your deadlift total go up?
