Default water intake

does it matter how much i drink at one time? cuz that whole daily serving thing about a glass an hour or w/e. but i have one of those water bottles that holds like 64 oz and i can usually drink that in about 3-5 hours if im not working out. is that ok or should i space out how much i drink?

Like your diet, you should be consistantly hydrating yourself. Don't forget that when you go to the toilet, you're expelling a lot of liquid so your intake needs to be constant. Having a large amount of water in a short period of time & then ceasing isn't a good idea IMO.

Just as a point of reference, I have a 54oz. water jug that I drink at work and one at home. I fill them up 6 times a day (3 times at work, 3 times at home). I also fill a 24 oz water bottle at the gym 2 times. I am never out of arms reach of my water! You can never drink enough in my opinion.

Just remember if you start feeling thirsty then you have gone too long without water, you are losing hydration.

I think the biggest problem with drinking to much water at once is cramping.
