alwayslearning is on a distinguished road
Default Ive got a question

i have always wanted the six-pack. and i have dropped my weight from 200-167. and currently i have a 13.5% bfp. to get the six pack, i would have to get rid of the little bit of excess fat on my midsection. total, i would probably be dropping my bfp to around 8% is that unhealthy to set a goal like that? keep in mind im 6'1" and hoping to get around 160 pounds.

8-9% BF is competition level! To get a visible 6 back make sure you are doing the work in the gym too! That means resistance exercises to build muscle. @ 6'1" to be 160 is awful light! I was always skinny growing up and @ 5'10'' I weighed 140. I now weigh 178 and my goal is 165lbs. My current BF is 18-20%. Something seems off here or am I missing something?

I dropped 210 to 155 and now I wish I'd bulked sooner...so bulk!
lol, seriously, as soon as you get to 8-9% bodyfat you'll want to get bigger, IMO you should just go for it now, try to do a clean bulk and if you do put on a little fat just make sure to cut for next summer
The extra muscle'd make it easier too
