so im now weighin in at a small 150 and i want to be at a build 180 and i know i have to go a little over 180 then cut but dang i went to www.muscletech.com and looked at the calculators and it said i need to take in roughly 3400 cals. a day. and wow thats a lot so i need some good ideas on some HIGH cal. count and 185-222 grams of protein.. does that sound about right guys

rickster gave you some good advice there stick with something around 55-25-20. just eat good clean calories. you'll be surprised that its not too hard. follow that and drink LOTS of water. you can get to 180 |
