Default wow i need a lot of cals.

so im now weighin in at a small 150 and i want to be at a build 180 and i know i have to go a little over 180 then cut but dang i went to www.muscletech.com and looked at the calculators and it said i need to take in roughly 3400 cals. a day. and wow thats a lot so i need some good ideas on some HIGH cal. count and 185-222 grams of protein.. does that sound about right guys

hey man i'm 5'6" and i am usually anywhere between 170 and 175 lbs. 3400 cals a day actually isnt as hard as it seems that's about what i get.
rickster gave you some good advice there stick with something around 55-25-20. just eat good clean calories. you'll be surprised that its not too hard. follow that and drink LOTS of water. you can get to 180

Why are you suppose to increase fat when bulking? I mean its fat right lol

And how many carbs can you intake per serving? Protein is like 40-50 right?

i would be careful though. to gain fat, you bring in more calories than you burn. os if your taking in more calories than you burn, youl be gaining fat and not muscle.

yah you're going to bring in fat. no doubt. that why you have to do a cutting phase after you bulk.

actually when i said 55-25-20 i meant 55% protein, 25% carbs and 20% fat. and make sure the carbs are things like brown rice and oatmeal.
