Default diet?

I want to know what a good diet would be to help maintain muscle growth. I am 15, weigh 155-160 lbs., am pretty involved in basketball, and am lifting weights regularaly and have been for about 6 months. I could never find a specific diet for my age and weight. Thats why I wanted to ask, anyone know of a healthy diet that would keep me in shape for basketball and help me out as far as muscle growth and weight lifting?

If you want to grow some muscle you gotta eat. At your age, eat everything in sight and liftt heavy and youll be on your way. Ok, not everything. Foods like chips and sodas are pretty worthless but dont be afraid to eat. During the course of a day I usually have 6 eggs, chinese takeout, a couple double cheeseburgers, a medium pizza, a couple chicken breasts, 6-8 cups of milk, you get the picture. If youre active, you wont get fat. Besides, eating tuna and chicken every 3 hours gets old after a while.
