teenagers shouldn't even be using supplements like that, these are teh years we have the most natural testosterone, and those levels go down around 20 i think
natural testosterone>any supplement out there

yeah okay well just following up on what i originally said...i had a bunch of tests done, and then finally saw a cardiologist...and my blood work, x-rays, and EKG showed up perfectly fine.
After doing an examination he then said it was one of my ribs had been injured a bit from most likly lifting to much weight. I told him that I had used Whey protein, creatine and the supplements and he immedietly said that supplements should be out of the question... He explained in a nutshell that it messes up the heart rythems, and increases the risk for heart disease, and other things. He told me that taking the Whey protein and some creatine is perfectly fine for trying to build musscle. Im kind of bummed though because I love that N.O explode...but I guess i should just stick to what the doc said. Oh wells i think supplements are still perfectly fine for older men who really need some extra energy to assist in their weight training, but not for teens. I also think if your a thin guy in your teens... take BSN's True Mass to assist with calorie intake (works well), Whey protein drinks, and maybe some afterwork out creatine would be good. |
