What do i need to be eating to make my muscles bigger, preferably my bicepts.

Is this a serious question? Do you think that there are specific foods to eat for certain muscles? I truly hope not! To answer the basic question of "What do I eat to 'Grow'" it is not that difficult:
5 to 6 meals a day
High Protein
Good quality Complex Carbohydrates
Low Fat

Ingesting 1 to 1.5 grams of protein for your body weight is good for building and maintaining muscle gains!

Got ya. The above should help! Increase your protein by getting some Whey protein powder. You can add that to a pre workout and a post workout shake! Fun making your own Protein shakes because the only limiting factor is your imagination!

Read the stickies in the diet section. If you want big arms, dont just pummel away at curls, make sure you're doing the big compound exercises

Yes, good point Royce. Read the stickies in the diet section.

Good foods are ..beef, chicken, fish, turkey, eggs, milk, vegetables, oatmeal, potatoes, rice, etc.

This is just a starting point. There is much more info in the diet section.

I think that is the worst question I have ever seen on this forum...Except for the guy who asked if he could get into a non steroid competition if he were taking steroids...

I've heard that Big Mac combos will increase the size of your biceps. You have to up-size it & make sure that you get Sprite, not Coke (get a Coke if it's your triceps you want bigger).

you don't have to use your imagination theres a thread in the nutrition forum that has nothing but recipes... and when i read the part about the guy wanting to enter non steriod competions on steriods, i literally luaghed out load....while DRINKING MY PRECIOUS PROTEIN SHAKE!...wat a waste
