Got ya. The above should help! Increase your protein by getting some Whey protein powder. You can add that to a pre workout and a post workout shake! Fun making your own Protein shakes because the only limiting factor is your imagination!

Read the stickies in the diet section. If you want big arms, dont just pummel away at curls, make sure you're doing the big compound exercises

Yes, good point Royce. Read the stickies in the diet section.
Good foods are ..beef, chicken, fish, turkey, eggs, milk, vegetables, oatmeal, potatoes, rice, etc. This is just a starting point. There is much more info in the diet section.
