Default So whats the best way to burn fat and maintain muscle at the same time?

I'm sick and tired of all this excess fat around my waist. I want to burn some fat, but I dont wanna end up some skinny ass kid with no muscle at all, man. Anybody got any good suggestions?

Good weight lifting routine
+ Good balanced diet
+ Good Cardio (HIIT)
+ Good Rest
= GOOD RESULTS

Since you can't spot reduce fat (unfortunately)...like the guys said, make sure your diet is clean and healthy. That's the most important part.
Do HIIT for your cardio so you're able to maintain muscle as you lose fat. Find a good weight training workout routine, and stick to it.
Besides keeping your diet in check, sticking to your goals is extremely important in your progress.
