sup everyone? this is my first post but im a soccer player. im looking to get in shape and stronger but not necessarily bulk up. i wouldnt mind shedding some fat either. any suggestions?

In my opinion HIT (High Intensity) training would be good for you. Read this article http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/drsquat7.htm

One of the best things about HIT training is that you will only be training 3-4 times a week so you can still work cardio into your routine.

I was on a HIT fullbody routine for 10 weeks in May. I felt great while I was on it and lost some bodyfat without even doing any cardio. I switched off of it because right now I just want to be HUGE!
