One of the best things about HIT training is that you will only be training 3-4 times a week so you can still work cardio into your routine. I was on a HIT fullbody routine for 10 weeks in May. I felt great while I was on it and lost some bodyfat without even doing any cardio. I switched off of it because right now I just want to be HUGE!
