Exercises
Ok so i go to the gym 3 times a week and i love it! But i am starting to run out of exercises to do for some body parts. For chest every week i do flat dumbbell press, flies, and then Incline or Decline dumbbell press. Then for shoulders i do seated military press, Shrugs, and Upright rows. Then for back i usually do lat pulldowns, Seated back row, and one arm dumbbell rows. And for biceps i do Barbell curls, dumbell curls, and then cable curls. For triceps i do skull crushers, tricep pushdowns, and dips. I don't do all those same things EVERY time, but i do those exercises quite a bit. It gets a little old and I just have to wonder if it actually is still doing sometihng since i don't ahve that much variety. Please help me with some more ideas for exercises!
