i am 16 right now and i am 5'9 158 pounds ,now i been working out since i was 14 and i dont look big at all like i am kinda lenghtly and i ahve logn muscle type of body and like i have only 12% body fat but my muscle on my arms doesnt look ripped or anyhting so when lets say i wear a shirt without sleeves i dont look big at all but than my friend is my age too he is 5'8 165 pounds and he is all ripped like u can see his bicep poping out on his arm and he looks big. when we work out tho (he is my work out partner) i can do more weights than him , and i always beat him in arm reselaning and i am muich stronger than him , so my quesiton is can someone explain this to me , liek he looks soo much more ripped than me and looks like he has soo much more muscle than me but i am still stronger how deos this work ? cause i thought hte more muscle u have the stronger you are thanks |

I'm kind of the same way. When I took weight training in highschool, we added our bench+squat+deadlift numbers to put us in 5 groups for a rotation. Well, I looked like the guys in the weakest group and I was in the strongest group. I was 5'7" 115 when I started and 120lbs after 9 months. My totals for the three lifts were well over 800lbs.
I started putting on size when I started eating a lot and taking weight gain supplements like N-Large 2. Now I'm 145lbs and I probably can't even lift enough to get 700lb totals. So... Look into diet for size. |

well im 6 feet and 14 and 150 pounds...but my work out partner is 5'7 or 5'8, 165 or 170, and he benches 315...idk if you can lift as much as he can but he is a little chuby but he when he flexes he looks wicked big...the doctor says that he is over weight and he is in danger but what do skinny pussy doctors know...if maybe you lost weight you would prolly look more ripped, but if you dont want to lose weight or your not the least bit chubby, then i would suggest taking muscle inhancment pills.
