Default protein

Quick question, is protein from processed foods as good as those from unprocessed?

In reality it is probably the same, however unprocessed foods are far better due to the nutrient content

yeah high quality protein will help you burn fat, but the main benefit is you don't have to eat as much to get the protein...

Protein if it isnt used will convert to glucose before its stored as fat. It takes more energy from the body to convert protein to fat than it does to glucose. Your body will use protein for energy before its stored as fat.
