i would say there is not really any way that is super easy and effective...thermogenics like hot rox arent some miralce product that melt the pounds off they are simply an aide to help support weight loss allong with a good diet and cardio...also losing 20-30 lbs wont happen real quick unless u burn off a lot of muscle too...its best to take things slow when losing weight because in the end you are better off that way

Look into HIIT, do that 3 days a week, eat more healthy food, with less calaries then you need to cut, and lift some weights, and maybe if you still wanna get that weight loss supp, or you could try some more healthy alternatives like flax oil, CLA, apple cider, or others like those that can help with weight loss. And eat, eat often to raise your metablism.

There is lots of information to be found on this subject of weight loss, if you impliment it you could shed off 30lbs pretty quickly, but you gotta keep your eye on the prize.

If you really want to do it right and ensure you keep those pounds off I'd drop the lazy out of your daily routine.

I know it can be tough, but I'd recommend forcing yourself to do some cardiovascular activity whether it's running up and down stairs, jump roping, running, biking, etc. You may not want to do it at first, but if you get used to forcing yourself eventually it'll just become part of your daily routine and you will get restless if you miss a days exercise.

Also lifting weights burns alot of calories, not to mention more muscle mass = more calories burned daily.

Lastly, and equally important; try to eat the best you can. Tight resources can hinder a healthy diet, especially when it is cheaper to eat the foods you shouldn't. Every little bit helps, and combined with excercise should help you lose some weight.

The only thing is the right way to lose weight is not the fastest. If you're going to take weight loss pills it'll speed it up (as long as you diet and exercise). I don't recommend them, but they will bring results.

So in conclusion:

Eat right, take the stairs instead of uising elavators, and read the warning labels and be careful with weight loss pills.

I've lost 6lbs in one day before, 5 of that I'm sure was water. ^_^' Just remember the fat burner that works for your friend might not be as effective on you, all of our bodies are different. Getting organized and staying dedicated is 100% key to getting weight off. Just do HIIT and basic weights as well and it will come off fast. Just stay on track man!

1 thing guys I read somehwere that guys respond better to longer cardio sessions and females respond better to interval training. IDK if it's true or not but something to look into :S feel free to comment...

I've got a question for all the guys wanting to lose weight over Summer.
Why Summer?
Surely it would be better to lose the desired weight over Winter so that you are happy about taking your shirt off in Summer.
Is it the fact that you hadn't really thought about it until it was time to take off the shirt?

Don't get me wrong - the sooner the better when it comes to getting in shape, I'm just curious why so many guys decide to start through Summer.

im currently doing HIIT, i started at 4 mins with 30 secs each jogging and sprinting and added an extra minute every other time. Am currently up to 13mins and have noticed better results than doing ordinary aerobic training for say half hour.

I lost 40 pounds since summer started and im the same as you I could never loose weight. Well what I did was got a job wich requires me to stand up for 8 hours or more straight and ate very little. Mostly salads. I know its pritty unhealty way of loosing weight basicly starving yourself but so is being overweight.

I suppose you could do, personally i do it every other day, sometimes 3 days apart and concentrate on lifting a bit more, so it dont tax the body too much.
