Front Raise 20p 10x3
Dips, Push Ups, Close handed push up (tricepz) : 2 to failure
Day2
Bicep Curl 33p 10x3
Squate 50p 10x3
Calf Raise 33p 10x3
Weighted Pushup 2 to failure
Then i just repeat
