Default Am i doing it right II

UM... This is meh routine i guess it need some work :P

Day 1
Bicep Curl 33p 10x3
Front Raise 20p 10x3
Dips, Push Ups, Close handed push up (tricepz) : 2 to failure

Day2
Bicep Curl 33p 10x3
Squate 50p 10x3
Calf Raise 33p 10x3
Weighted Pushup 2 to failure

Then i just repeat

Your current routine is extremely unbalanced!

Don't train the same bodypart two days in a row or your bound to overtrain and see no improvements.

You routine is completely off. Just use one of the beginner ones that cammo provided.

Ya i changed it .. all ov it... turns out i can do much better than all that s***... doubled my bicep curl... im bit sore 2day but i gots heaps to rest.. thanx cammo
