Default Fatburner + reduce muscle mass !

Hi there !
I'm now using a fatburner called: VHT Totally Burner, 3 capsules a day. I whey now 76-77 kg and i'm 1,65 m long (sorry i'm not from america ) that's a little too much fat but i want to reduce my muscles ! Can someone help me please !

Reduce muscle mass or total body fat mass? I'm confused? Why on earth would want to decrease your muscle mass? Dont you know for every pound of muscle you have, your body burns more cal's for each pound, so all in all you'd be burning or preventing even more fat???

If you want to lose muscle mass it's easy.
* Dont lift weights
* Dont eat much more than twice a day
* Make sure to skip meals... that's a great way
* OR do all this AND go running long distance too

And before long you can look like this guy - aint that great?

Reduce muscle mass? Riiiiiiiiight........


You could always get totally smashed and then just go to town with a pair of scissors! You get extra fast results and if you use a rusty, dirty pair you might just get tetanus too which (due to the locked jaw) could further hurt fat and muscle gain!

Yeah I appologize too i'm not very good at english but my question now is (and then i'll stfu) i use VHT Totally Burner, with wich protein milkshake stuff (to gain muscles) shall i combine it with to get good results?
