Unless you're either very unlucky or morbidly obese, I highly doubt that your knees are anywhere near as bad as you think.

How can you not be progressing on your triceps if you've maxed out your bench press machine? Triceps are a major part of the bench press movement. You'd have to see at least some residual effect on your triceps from benching so much.

Like everyone else suggested, try some dips (either regular or seated), overhead cable extensions, reverse grip pushdowns (like regular, but with an underhand grip), and overhead DB press.

Oh, and you won't be disproportionate no matter what you do (except for inject Synthol into yourself - then you'd just look rediculous). Human Growth Hormone is produced when you work out. The more you work out, the more GH is produced. The more GH in your body, the bigger you'll get. So you see, you're not going to look that weird if you keep doing what you're doing.....except when people in the weight room notice that you're only doing chest and arms.

Besides the exercises offered up to you as suggestions you can also do the following to beef up the growth process towards your triceps.

1.) Train them twice per week. Example - Have a Tricep/Bicep day
and later in week also have Tricep/Chest day.

2.) Try to get a rest day in immediately following every tricep day as
the "re-building" process can be taken advantage of and geared to them.

3.) Always start with Triceps first (when doing a Tricep/Bicep or Tricep/Chest day). The fresher they are, the stronger they are, the more weight they can lift - the more the grow

4.) Experiment with different rep schemes. I found that my triceps grow
best in using 10-20 reps. I used to do 4-10 reps and got no where.
My elbows were suffering and I wasnt able to lift as much. When I
switched, instantanously they started to grow. BTW Arnold used 10-20
reps too when training tri's.

I do 10-20's. But I only train them once a week... Actually, as of late, i've really been nelecting my workouts.. and doing them rather irregularly. Mainly because of this extremely bad tendonitis I've been having! But thanks for the routine suggestion - I'll try it out. After my tendons decide to stop causing me extreme pain.

Edit: Yeh, Kudos to the guy who posted before me. I'm not interested in Arnold. He was a big man, and all, but I could be big if every one of my meals was packed with roids.
