OK so you guys have been say how it is important to eat right for good results... well i eat a lot of stuff that is not good for me so i am deciding to stop all thw stuff like junk food and soda...
i am trying to come out with a daily food thing or whatever, i like to start my mornings with some oats then for lunch at school i can make myself two turkey sandwhiches i dunno waht to eat when i get home from school as a snack so any suggestions would be good. then i am going to be joining a gym so i will go there after school i haven't tried that whey stuff yet but if i do iw ould drink it after my work out then later that night my step dad always makes dinner so i never know what it is going to be but its always good. hmm soudns ghood to me, anything to add would help me alot gracias. |
