I need 3 more pounds for me to reach 150lbs. I need some quick advice on how to take on cutting my body?
Here is my thought on how I should take it. Maybe its the wrong way. I should increase cardio and with my weight lifting I should do lower weights but higher repetitions. My calories and carbohydrates will be lowered as well. I don't want to lose any muscle that i've gained while bulking. Any suggestions?
