Smile need tips

I am a 13 year old kid. I am so interested in bodybuilding, because it is healthy and you look good(for girls). I have one problem----school. I love school, but because of school i don't how to eat 6 meals a day, and i also don't eat anything that is related to beef or pork. So i need some tips how i should eat 6meals a day for bodybuilding?

Am I too young to lift weights? ---I lift weights every other day. I also do situps for abs everday(no cardio) and i also work on my legs every other day.

So my questions are: What should i eat for breakfast, lunch, and etc? I force my body to lift weights so hard--so should i stop to force my body and give up when i am tired from lifting weights? Am i too young for WHEY PROTEIN and for BODYBUILDING?

Thank you--will be kindly waiting for the answers.

Look around at the stickies for more information about lifting. As for your questions. No your not to young to lift, no your not to young for whey. What are your stats? Height, weight and such. And I assume your looking to put on weight. In which yes you will need to eat eat eat. Make sure your eating clean. Some of the stickies will explain what types of food to eat. GL bro.

So when it comes to eating six meals a day i kno that can be hard, ive bin tryin to keep to it but always seem to get caught in class what i do during days off is just throw on a can of chunky soup or somthin, its easy and tastes good, and i dont know how ur school schedual works but good luck. Eggs and chicken maybe tuna are good choices with good protein. good luck.

Do you workout at school or home gym? If you workout at school you should see if they have a medicine ball this helps alot you can do so many workouts with it. Just go to search on here and type abs you'll find out alot

stick to tha basics like sit ups and crunches. then you can add variation and weights help increase muscle. also, you should lower your bf % so that there is no fat to hide any of the muscle.

Thanks for replying to all of you and for giving me some tips. It is really helping me. To cashmoneyarmy7: My friend says that i need to eat a lot of foods, so when you work out your bf turns into the muscles. Is it true or not?

I hate winter, i won't be playing any sports this season, so that means i am not getting enough cardiovascular exercise.

Fat doesnt turn to muscle and muscle doesnt turn into fat.....if anything you can burn the fat by gaining more muscle. don't worry about the fat...it'll diminish on it's on. just focus on lifting and the fat will melt away. the most important things you have to rememeber is to eat, lift and sleep. thats it.

Ya man, only thing the fat will do is cover your new gains and discourage you. But dont worry at 13 I'll bet you could burn it off pretty fast anyway. jus like dannyboy said, eat, sleep and lift and you'll be good. and don't forget the Chunky
