Default shoulders

my shoulders pop and hurt when i bench. i bench twice a week and the first day is the worst, after it gets lossened up its better but i think its not allowing me to bench as much as i could, also just last week i was power cleaning and as i was going up i felt like a tearing wierd sensation in my shoulder, today was the first day of benching this week and right away i felt it, any suggestions on how i can get rid of the popping and soreness?

you might have tore something in your shoulder so i would take a week or so off until it feels better, and go to a doctor to check it out. i have bad shoulders so i started taking cissus and it's been about 2 weeks and my shoulders are starting to feel a little better you might want to look into that and some celadrin.

the only thing you can really do is go see your doctor and rest. its better if you rest now for a little while than risk hurting yourself worse to where you would have to be out for a long time. so just go see your doc and see what he thinks...until you see him i wouldnt do any lifts to do with your shoulders. get the legs HUGE! lol
