Well I eat an apple every morning. At school I have a salad or 2. When I get home, I have some fruit and veggies. Then I have to go to work (which is mc donalds) and I try not to eat much there, but I do have a grilled chicken sandwich on my break and maby some apples. Then I go home and have a variety of foods (which means what ever my mom fixes for dinner
And I'm not sure about the calories but it might be around 1500-2000 maby. |

I really wont get into it, since im not a diet expert, but you need to eat more than apples and salads if you want to put on muscle. If no one else replies, i will offer some meal suggestions. But for now, id rather not make a post and then be belittled by someone who knows more about diet than i do.

There is no exercise to 'spot reduce' fat, the only way to remove fat is to lower your overall body fat. This is done via cardio!
You have your priorities mixed up, you want to gain muscle but in order to do that you should eat at the very least,1000+ more calories than what you are now. Saying that when you bulk you will unfortunately put on fat as well, as your name suggests, no pain no gain. |
