Default Abs..

I know this has probably been posted a million times, but I have a few questions about ab workouts. Since abs is the only thing i kinda lack in, I think I could use a little help. I find them hard to incorprate into my work out which is a 4 day cycle with one day of rest in between. Should I just add them in one of those days or more? What would be the best exercises? I've been experimenting with crunches with a rolled up towel under my lower back. This makes them much harder, especially when trying to do higher rep systems.

I do abs 3-4 out of the 6 days i workout and lift.

I do them 100 pushups, 5-7 days a week... it's a pretty good method

do them just like any other muslce and use heavy weights. i do them ONCE every 4-5 days.

also...if you dont have the diet then youre abs are not gonna show. its all about the body fat percentage......not how much you work it out.

Is it possible to do abs everyday? Like crunches or situps?
