Abs..
I know this has probably been posted a million times, but I have a few questions about ab workouts. Since abs is the only thing i kinda lack in, I think I could use a little help. I find them hard to incorprate into my work out which is a 4 day cycle with one day of rest in between. Should I just add them in one of those days or more? What would be the best exercises? I've been experimenting with crunches with a rolled up towel under my lower back. This makes them much harder, especially when trying to do higher rep systems.
