Hey, I need some help with loosing some body fat while eating enough to still gain mass. I am currently at a 14% body fat, but I wish to be at least at 10%. I need a few suggestions of what my diet should consist of. I am taking whey protein and protien rich meals. I am also doing 20 mins of cardio a day, as well as abs every other day. Please leave me some suggestions or modifications to this to help me lose weight and gain muscle. Thx.
