wats goin on peoples im new to this forum i just wanted to tell yall a lil bout my self....im bout 5'10 1/2 bout 175 pounds my bench is at around 260 ish and it goes up bout 5 pounds a my leg press is about 450 i play football wrestle and do track i have a 3 day workout plan and in my off days i do light dumbbell exercises and a little bit of cardio to get me prepared for track i am on the following supps
multi - just some crappy centrums amino fuel -twinlab no xplode 100% whey protein -2 times a day but when i dont drink one i eat high protein foods creatine burst no2 i was wondering if thats too much crap to be on or not...it seems to be helping me alot i dont get tired and im always first one into the weight room and last one out i was just wondering if im doing it a little over board and which ones should i stop taking during season any help would be frikin great |
